Miller's Ale House has them for free. Standing room only unless you get there hours before the main card.

Sunset Station: UFC fights are shown in their 'Club Madrid' venue, where they set up 3 sections of seating, about 15 or 20 rows each, and each section facing an approx. 10'x15' elevated projection screen & a 50' TV below it, for people in the first couple rows. The 50' TV is great definition, the larger projection screen isn't as sharp nor has great contrast, but as the action goes on, you tend to forget about it & it's not really an issue. They usually charge $5 or $10 more if you want to sit in the first 5 rows, though you get a coupon for a free beer or two.

In the rear are tables with booth seating that can be reserved, and has a couple flat-panel TVs on the walls, but you're not really going to want to sit there if you're really into the fights. There's a walk-up bar (no seats) in the rear, plus waitresses wandering around taking drink orders. Just outside the entrance, they have food for sale -- hot dogs, nachos, & ??

In my experience (about 15 separate UFC events watched there over the past 2 years), sometimes there's a small line to get in when the doors open at 5PM, but even for major title fights, it doesn't start to get crowded until after the prelims end & the main fights (PPV portion) starts at 7PM. But by 8PM, it's starting to get full. For high-interest fights, the place is pretty packed by a little before 9PM.

Green Valley Ranch: UFC fights are held in one of the large ballrooms. The fight is rear-projected onto four large screens set-up in a box pattern, with about 15 rows of 15 chairs in 3 of the four sections, the
fourth section --when they do it-- is a roped-off 'VIP' section that has approx. 20 tables seating two to four people each. Each section has it's own bar, but there is no waitress service, except perhaps for the "VIP" section. "VIP" section seems to be casino 'high-roller' people comp'ed for the event. On one far wall inside the ballroom will be a selection of food. I've never checked it out but have seen people eating some sort of nacho-type stuff, baked pretzels with cheese sauce, and they have a popcorn machine. The rear-projection picture quality is OK, but could be better. One reason it's not so good is because they do not turn the overhead lights way down (like they do at the Sunset Station). Pricing is a flat-rate.

In my experience (3 separate UFC events watched there over the past 2 years, including UFC196 a few nights ago), there's a small line prior to the doors opening, but even for major fights (Rousey, MacGregor, et al) the place never gets completely full. If you walk-in at 9PM, you'll still be able to find two, maybe even three seats together somewhere, and there are a lot of single seats open. Though it wouldn't provide the best viewing angle, staff are always willing to set up more chairs if you want seating for a group of 3+ & can't find it. Event audio is kept somewhat low until the main cards, then it's turned-up so that jerks can't do much chatting.

BOTH PLACES: Prices vary. I can remember some UFC events where they charged $10 whereas others were $15, then at least Sunset Station seemed to standardize on $15, but lately it's been $20. Wear layers. If you get there early, it may feel somewhat cool inside, but by 8PM as the place starts to fill up, it can feel a little warm. The crowds are similar, but do tend to match the demographics that Sunset Station vs GVR have in-general. People paying $20 to watch the fights on big screens tend to be true UFC/MMA fans, HOWEVER you still get the inconsiderate, god-damned ^%$#(*s who babble on amongst themselves during the fights so it's up to the hard-core fans to either self-medicate, slit the offending throats, or for the safety of everyone, shell out the PPV $$$ to watch the event in the tranquility of their own home. At GVR last Saturday for UFC196, I had three gay guys sitting behind me talking about how 'hot' Conor MacGregor was, where to find the best doughnuts, and how two of them got the VIP treatment in Ireland because the Dublin Ritz Carlton assumed one of them was a celebrity with the same name. In front of me & a couple seats over, some poor guy's girlfriend was rambling non-stop and he didn't have the courage to ask her to stop. This isn't a bar/restaurant destination that coincidentally happens to have the UFC event on some TVs -- people come here & shell-out $ specifically for the UFC event, and everyone should respect that. I'm taking a cattle-prod with me for the next event...

I have no UFC experience with the Palace or Boulder Station Casinos for UFC fights. I've heard the Palace Station venue gets full pretty quickly, probably thanks to the population-density of its area, and having spent time in the Boulder Station parking lot late one night & seeing all the creatures there, I have no intention of ever going back there.

I assume Red Rock is similar to Green Valley Ranch, but probably a little more crowded for the UFC events.

BTW, around midnight after he won, Nate Diaz (& posse) hung out for a while at the MGM Grand's Center Bar, until too many people actually started to try to pick a fight with him (!!). Then MGM security suggested he'd have a better time in a VIP section of Hakkasan, and escorted him there.
