I am concerned about how much walking will be involved in our trip in 2 weeks time.
We have never been to Las Vegas before
I really want to rent Disable Portable Scooter so we can easily see all the sights without him getting so tired. Where are the best places CHEAP to rent one if possible

Most motorcycle accidents occur when a rider is on an unfamiliar machine - e.g. a friend takes it for a test ride. Renting two wheels? Forgetaboutit. I don't think forfeiting your life is worth saving a few benjamins. It's that dangerous if you're going to take it on part time. Riding around Las Vegas on two wheels takes research, training (defensive driving, Motorcycle Safely Foundation (MSF) training), dedication. Beware.

I believe the OP is looking for an electric scooter like this, not a motorcyle:

I enjoy a good google search. Here's a couple places that are highly rated:
https://www.702scooters.com/
Get Around Mobility | Mobility Scooter Rentals in Las Vegas, NV | Wheel Chair Rental Las Vegas

Just cut and paste this into google, and you will find plenty of options:
