Most sought after Commercial Real Estate in Vegas
My wife's company is considering opening up an office in Vegas, rather than having her work from home. Her boss always seems to pick "prestigious" addresses, so I am wondering if there are any commercial areas like this? I don't imagine many companies are located on the strip?

No, most companies aren't located on the strip. The buildings at Howard Hughes Parkway are a few blocks off the strip near Paradise, and they're a "status" address- they're also some of the only high-rise office buildings in town. The majority of the rest of the spaces around town are in "Corporate Centers" that include a few 3 or 4 story buildings (with an occasional taller building), some of which are Class A space.

I agree with Bob...Howard Hughes Parkway. There are some high level buildings coming in Summerlin that may rival it eventually but for now Howard Hughes.

+3 on Howard Hughes. Of course it is a bit more expensive. I believe to lease office space there will run you about $4 a sq ft per month, about twice what other office space in town will run you.

It runs between Flamingo and Sands just West of Paradise. I don't know if the link below will get you to the right map, but it should.
