Hey y'all. I've lurked this forum for the last couple of months or so since we knew we'd be moving out to Vegas, but just finally got around to registering.

We are looking for the following in a rental house and I was wondering if you guys could either direct us to a website or get us in touch with a solid realtor who can help. We are wanting to move in April 1:

-Ideally, we want the SE area (GVR etc), but w/i 15 mins of the strip.
-4 bedrooms (or 3, as long as it has an office)
-3+ baths
-Pool and Jacuzzi, in ground, in the backyard
-2+ car garage
-No more than $2500/mo (we could go a bit higher, but it has to blow us away)
-1 year+ rental agreement

Now, with all this said, we have found quite a plethora of houses up in the Summerlin area, but, to be perfectly honest, it's simply too far a drive to get to the strip. Hence why we were thinking SE...great, safe neighborhoods w/ lots of shopping, restaurants etc and good location in relation to the strip.

Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Was that the PM I sent you? If so I must apologize to you. I'm actually having multiple issues with her at the moment. Please keep in mind that I tried to refer you to her because she is local to the SE. If olecapt can help you out then run with it. Again, I apologize on her behalf.

Yes, it was in reference to your PM, but it's ok. Just frustration is all. I apologize for coming off as callous.

No need to apologize to me. I'm actually quite frustrated with her as well. I haven't heard from her at all this week and I have been trying to get a hold of her regarding a purchase deal we are working on. If she can't be bothered to answer the phone for existing and potential new business, I just might have to fire her.

My relator had a house like that for rent in Green Valley last september. I have no idea if he has anything similar now, but I'll give you a phone number if you private message me.

Also, in case you haven't already, check craigslist. It takes like 15 calls to get one reply, but I got a kick-ass deal in Silverado Ranch that way.

Well, I should update here...

olecap has come thru in spades. So far, so good. He gave us about a dozen or so listings that are exactly as we requested and a couple of days after going thru them, showed my buddy two of the properties. We have settled on one and are about to put in our request for the house. So far, I could not be happier w/ how great olecap has been in working w/ us.

Will update more later.

arcticfoxxx, thank you for the offer, but I think we're all set!

Olecapts good that way. He actually gives people what they want in a home versus what a realtor wants to dump on someone.
