I have a house in North Las Vegas and would like to rent it out, i posted before and Atlas was suggested.. i called and have yet to receive a return phone call (maybe a super long holiday, i dont know)... any suggestions on who to use.. would preferably like a company with experience with renters from Nellis since i am close and alot of the other homes have Nellis folk in them.. any suggestions would be great.

thanks

Most likely you havn't received a call back because the property management companies really don't want to take on new clients as yourself since it would mean even more hard work trying to find a renter for it as the list of homes they're trying to fill are still empty as it is. The real market has crashed and every business related to it is feeling the pressures.

little to late, atlas was closed for the holidays, and also it is much easier to rent now with all the foreclosures.. this is the best time for an owner to rent... rent is going up, not down like the home prices

Yup the rental business remains pretty solid. Rents are up about $100 maybe a little more from a year ago. The inventory is only up a tiny amount and things are leasing at the same rate as a year ago. Rental is good.

If you thing does not work out with Atlas give us a DM. We have a Lady we use who I know has a client or two around Nellis. We referred one of them to her.

Hi, happened upon your message. My family and I are looking for a home to rent (husband will be stationed at nelllis) beginning mid June beginning of July 2008. We are looking for a 4 year lease, at least 3 bedrooms and preferably a private pool. Good elementary school is a must. if you know anyone who has a property like this, I would love to hear from them.
Thanks,
