I do not at all mind people parking in the street even in front of my house...I do mind cars parking 2 deep or locking sidewalks mailboxes ect. The neighbor on my cul-de-sac often has in excess of 8-10 cars plus the other 4+ of the guys next door just making a huge cluster frac of the street when there is PLENTY of available parking 5 houses up the street.

It appears some large vehicle was forced to attempt a 3 point turn using my driveway due to this mess and hit a vehicle parked in my driveway!

I am fed up!!!

Is this periodically at off hours (thinking party)? Or is it constant?

Nope..I really have no issues with parties. This has been almost everynight from about 7pm ish (or earlier) thru the mornings since about a week after they moved in which was maybe a month ago.

This poses a genuine hazard imho because fire equipment would not be able to fully access the area.

Crash pad !...if it's a rental speak to the owner ! I had a similar problem with a rental a couple years ago...Metro came out and ran the tags...one was stolen and they snatched three active warrants ....party was over !

I was going to say something similar. Call code enforcement (whatever they call that function in Clark County), I'd bet dollars to donuts the place is packed with bunk beds and the owner or prime tenant is renting racks to illegals.

Just don't do it today, because they are probably out voting.

I've had no success with code enforcement in a similar situation. A guy is running a used car lot out of his house and parks 5-10 cars on the street at any given time. Most have no license plates. I still can't get them to come out. Business license office never responded either. HOA says it is a rental so all they can do is fine the owner since nobody shows up to the hearings.

I've tried to call 311 to report all the cars with no tags. There were nine one night. I always end up on eternal hold. Anyone have a better idea?

Do you have anything equivalent to what would be a city councilman. Out here I've hat issues the the bureaucracy just ignored. But when in got the local politicritter's office involved, I got some action.
