i love aliante too, even though i dont live there. i am down the street. the odds of getting a home there at the listed price are not good, houses still sell above list.

I got my 'stats' about $2500 per year from listings on the Las Vegas Realtors Association site. Why would I 'speculate' a number, geez. I posed it as a question.

I wasn't offended, but it seems that you are. My main intent on posting my message was to let you know that Aliante as a whole is not one big retirement community. And I have talked with people that live in Sun City, and they let me know what they paid in HOA fee's. So the realtors information is probably speculation on their part. Lighten up.
