I can see this and it is a lot of people's similar sentiment. Still he choose Las Vegas and I'm not going to begrudge him for giving us an National Hockey team.

I find him somewhat admirable in that he funded the team with his own money and the hockey stadium was also built with private funding and without soliciting the public for it like in the case of the Raiders stadium. So there's that.

My family has been here since 1963. We use both Las Vegas and Vegas. I personally hate the "lost wages" joke. Anyhoo I would say most of my friends who were born here or are long time residents (over 20 years) say both.

same thing with locations.people are convinced they're better with no proof and are willing to pay a premium for that illusion in many cases. I think that's hysterical. we wouldn't want her walking up here by the Aliante. At least not without her a.k.

The logo on your sneakers doesn't make you run any faster... Just ask Katt Williams.
About 15 years ago, my girlfriend and I were driving through a rural northwestern part of Ireland. Small towns, and single houses with no other houses for miles around. If walking away from the road, it might be hard to tell what century it was. We saw one such isolated house in the distance that had a flagpole next to it. At first, we couldn't tell what was flying from the flagpole. As we got closer, we could tell...Was it the flag of the Republic of Ireland? Nope. Was it the UK flag? Nope. The U.S. flag? Nope. It was a Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls jersey.
