I'd bet it's true. The cost of living is so low in Vegas that most people don't even need a job to live there. Heck, net-net, you're probably better off living in Vegas without a job than living in California with a job with its ultra-high cost of living.

Reread tge article. It's using NAR quotes and stats.

Zero credibility. NAR counts pendings as sales, and I'm the process double and triple counts. They readjust the numbers months later.

NAR pays more money for lobbying Congress than any other group. Agreed. Zero credibility.
