P.S. I did a quick check online and found that Las Vegas Real Estate professionals have officially called "bottom" every summer since 2009.

I read the article - but found it so rambling & full of emotional words that I couldn't follow his logic. Can anyone summarize his argument using nouns & verbs, minimizing adjectives & adverbs?
