olecapt. Question for you...

How bad did you lose with your Vegas RE investing??? Did you double down in 2007 when she-was-a-tank'en?? (I'm doing my best to type with a blue collar accent.)

Just curious.. Them damn lenders!

Just show the metro and the prices.

I know that is hard. Ducking is a way of life to you.

October is gone. One as clever as you must know the outcome. So don't duck. Are prices higher, lower or unchanged? Volume?

Bump...

olecapt. You forgot to answer.....

How did you do on your Vegas RE investing??? Were "you all in"?? Did you clean up with your accurate forecasts that Tony pointed to??

It seems agents around the country were the hardest "investors" that were sunk. Just curious...

I have not been counting on how many times you asked the same question that I answered twice. Technique # 5 is wearing out.

You guys are getting annoying with your deliberate misunderstandings of each other's questions.
You three ALL do it and it adds nothing to the conversation.

Sorry? What question have I deliberately misunderstood?

I believe that entirely mischaracterizes this thread.

I agree it is time to end it...but that was not the nature of the discussion.
