Actually not much. The costs of the special session is about it. There may be some expenditures for infrastructure to make Apex more useful.

I know I don't live in Nevada or Las Vegas and don't have any immediate plans to, so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt (just like I take Nevada residents posting in the California forums with a grain of salt) ...however, I do have quite a few relatives in Henderson and Boulder City.

That being said, wouldn't that $120 million have been better invested in the proposed Medical School at UNLV? Or at Nevada State College? Or in some capacity where it would have had more of a positive impact on the quality of life?

Then again...I suppose that this is why I choose to live in California

You would have to do the analysis. If the plant comes you get jobs and their salaries and the flow of those dollars through the economy. You compare that with the cost of attracting the facility.

And there is no 120 million to invest. That was simply taxes that will not be collected. And there is no difference between non collected taxes and non existent ones.
