The traffic is more on Eastern, but avoidable, and nothing compared to California. At the worst it takes 30 minutes to the Strip and 25 minutes to the Airport. I don't feel the traffic is an issue. Home prices are higher in Anthem, but Green Valley is a good value for what you get.

At worst it can easily take a half an hour to get to 215. So 45 minutes to the strip.
