I tried that in Jamaica and the results were pretty hilarious . If you ever get back to Vegas, look me up. It's a good story.

Getting used to the idea of asking, "Did you smoke your pre-roll yet?"

I bet most people wouldn't know what I was 'reefering' to either. Yes, I'm being a little punny.

Try some edibles with some topical stuff maybe. My friend that had a pot business in CO says some of them are very potent and last a long time and swears by the tropical canna ointments for more natural pain relief.

eating it is a WHOLE different matter.
Yes, it lasts much longer and can have very different effects from smoking or vaporizing.

personally, I did not care for the effect of eating it.

made my first visit since legalization to a dispensary. Prices have gone up significantly. I'm sure they will return to normal but right now it's such a novelty. Kind of reminds me of the people lining up for Cracker Barrel :-)

They make you register as a member of the medical club even if you're buying recreationally. F that.

Agreed. You don't want your name on any list like that. They are actually cross-comparing those lists to those that try to buy a gun. No thanks.

It's bad enough that the Feds are trying to access our voter information, which would include who voted for legalization.

You meant to say the 70's, yeah?

The 90's were all about Northern lights and white widow.

They did away with the registration in Oregon thank god. However, if you have the medical marijuana card you still get the medicinal rate but you have to be on a mm card registration for that. Otherwise, recreationally they no longer keep a list but the prices are higher for the same stuff as medicinal. I believe different stuff is also available medicinally but not recreationally. It's like prescribed meds vs over the counter to me but you're paying less for the prescription unless you count seeing a doctor and getting a course of treatment from them instead of self medicating.

The other thing you can do here is grow up to four plants at your home with no additional limits such as being in range of dispensaries, etc. Besides that you can't sell it. You can gift it but not sell.

I'd love to try some pot brownies, but I've only got $1 to my name, and no one to get them for me. If someone could mail me one, I'd love it.
