I was wondering about crime the area around Pecos Legacy Park? Particularly the subdivision across the way from it? Can anyone give me some info on it?

If you're talking about Tapatio townhomes then here's the data.

2014 had 8 crimes in that subdivision - 3 thefts, 2 narcotics, 2 motor vehicle thefts, 1 burglary
2015 had 1 crime - 1 theft
2016 had 2 crimes - 1 theft, 1 motor vehicle theft
2017 has 1 crime - 1 burglary

There's 124 homes in the community, so about a 1% chance of a theft or burglary, which is about half the city's average.

For reported crimes in Henderson, you can utilize their crime mapping tool on their Web site: Crimes. If you select LOCATE on the right side of the screen, it gives you the option to search by various HOAs which I find helpful.

If you have a variable speed pump, it will make a significant difference in your energy usage since you can run the pump much of the time in low speed.
