T-Mobile says it'll be able to reach these speeds and coverage thanks to its planned 5G mobile network. 5G is the next generation of 4G/LTE wireless data, and T-Mobile plans to use 5G to provide internet through in-home broadband and wireless data.
Won't work where I live unless they can convince the powers that be to add an antenna closer to our area. My 4G at home typically has 1 bar. Verizon.

Its my understanding you'll need an antenna at home. Who knows if that will work for you, but my cox service has been on and off for months. I have to use my cell when I need dependable service.

It's going to be very expensive initially

When it does come down in price, low enough to compete with cox, then cox will either be the major service provider or send out jamming signals so 5g won't work.

It doesn't work well for over air TV so I'll not expect much.

How is cox going to be the major service provider? They'll be scrambling just to stay in business. I'd gladly pay more for a reliable internet service. Cox stinks.
