You really want to get well and lose lots of weight? Take a tip from Penn Jilette: When you are hungry, eat a potato. He lost 105 lbs in 3 months just eating potatoes. Google potato diet. Check out the guy that only ate potatoes for one year and see his dramatic weight loss. And no, you cannot have butter, cheese, or anything gooey on them. No meat, dairy, etc that just keeps you as you are. You can have them baked, mashed, boiled, fries(no oil), shredded, etc. No oil, no fats.
You can do stretching exercises while laying in bed. As you get better, you can do more.

Can you have pepper flakes or hot sauce on this diet?

I'm in a neighborhood of 2 story houses. I do swim naked in my own pool at night with the lights off. Its highly doubtful anything is visible in the moonlight.

FWIW when public pools first came around, it was a requirement that all bathers swam naked, and thus was considered entirely normal.

Face it, Americans have a real hang up on sex and the human body. The culture simply can not handle it and since vast majority of Americans have never been out of the country they have no clue to how much of the world lives. Take Paris for example. The banks of the Seine river in the city on a beautiful day, you see women topless taking in the sun. Good! Sun makes vitamin D! Americans are so prudish!

He had a stroke. I don't think a potato diet is going to fix that.
