I just never understood how a person can go to school to be a poker and/ or casino floor dealer( blackjack, craps etc).... knowing the job is based on tips... and then complain about how people don't tip enough. Its not the players responsibility to "worry" about how much the dealer is making. They signed up for the job. If the dealers don't make enough money.... then they will need to find another job. When the casinos see that dealers are quitting ... they won't shut down the casino... they will pay them more. With the casinos now charging for parking... and prices for food going through the roof... well something has to give. Also, $125 dollars to see a comedian on the strip ?? Thats what some charge. So. $250 for a couple to see a comedian.. crazy!! And they are then worried about how much a dealer makes?? Bull crap Also, i saw one post that someone said about having a family of 3 or 4 or 5 . Who told that person to have so many kids?? Its their responsibility to know how many kids they can afford. Of course this all makes too much sense for some people and they will pile on with their WRONG comments. The end

I'm sure waiters are always complaining about weak tippers also. Dealing with it is just part of the job (and so is complaining.)
