Can anyone recommend a reliable and knowledgeable mortgage broker in Vegas or one that is licenced to to mortgages in Nevada?

Without getting into too much details, I am looking to do a cash-out refi for my rental property. I'm not opposed to working with large companies as long as I have one point of contact from beginning to end.

All the companies in Zillow hand you off from person to person who don't know what the previous person told you and in the end you end up with a deal much different from what was first told to you in the beginning (personal experience with two previous re-fi's ... not in Nevada).

Thanks in advance.

Here is who we used when we moved from CA to NV. She worked well in our situation. https://snmc.com/lo/ambercoleman/

I have my Condo and my son has his house mortgage through Guild Mortgage and we are very happy with them. We both worked with the same broker and he was amazingly efficient and responsive. He really shaved some .% points off my son's from the time they went to contract to closing and worked very close with him on getting his payment down as low as possible.

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't do a refi.

If you want a contact, PM me.

Tim Deibert at All Western Mortgage is the best. He will give you the attention to detail and personal touch that your mortgage requires. He's a great dude.

We used Geoff Green and Rob Coomer over at Mann Mortgage. They were pretty responsive, and we had no problems with them.
