I like kids and I don't blame the kids however I am beyond flippin sick and tired of my neighbors putting their children outside as if they were dogs and I can deal with the constant chaos and noise pretty much but they are now climbing onto the common wall and menacing my dogs and I have a tremendous issue with this. Cameras are going up on that side of the house Sunday...I am beyond fed up. It's 5-6 children 3 belong to the neighbor and the rest visit them from a ptoperty to the rear of their house by climbing over the wall. ALL appear to be under the age of 5.

Speak to the parents first and express worries about them getting in with your dogs or falling off the wall.
Whose wall is it, anyway?

Wait, so the kids climb over the wall separating their two houses? How is the wall between you and your neighbor affected?

Thus is what I'm imagining:

Them [] You []

I am not worried about the wall itself. I'm concerned that one of the children will hurt itself falling 6 feet into my rock yard AND 2 of my dogs are now terrified to go outside due to these children hanging over and screaming. Sorry I wasn't clear that they are hanging/reaching over. Obviously these fine parents have stuff on their side the kids can climb.

I don't mind the kids but they need to stay on their side of the wall. What the heck kind of parent lets there freaking 3-4 year old up on something that high unattended and reaching for/ menacing strange dogs.

Tell the parents that you will not be responsible for whatever happens if their kids fall into your yard with your dogs. Get cameras up ASAP to CYA

I don't blame you one bit.

You know they fall over they will blame your rocks or the dogs. Great idea on the camera!

I'm wondering if they are running a in house child care facility. Which could be legal or illegal. I'll say its illegal leaving 3 -4 year olds out in the yard unsupervised. Even if they are otherwise following the law.

I'd have a talk with them, voicing your concerns. maybe ask them if they are caring for children as you have a friend that needs child care. These are the kind of people who will be coy unless there is something in it for the,.

I'd sat call social services, but people are crazy now and have guns, they know it'd be you.

Tell the neighbors you've been having problems with birds on the wall pooping in your yard so you're applying this to the top of the wall. Let them deal with the mess if they let the kids continue playing there.
