I'm going back to vegas in January with my girlfriend to have fun and look at nice areas to live. We wouldn't be moving until the end of May but I want to check out different areas of the city that would be suitable for us. Our budget is $800-$1100. The rent is much lower than here in the Washington D.C. area. Could anybody recommend nice/decent parts of town within that price range? Also possibly describing the difference in neighborhoods. We are both young professionals in our late 20's and early 30's and would like to be around similar type of people our age. Thanks

Also ofcourse look into what you can reasonably expect to get paid here in your given professions vrs what you are making in DC. Some jobs pay well here...others don't.
