If they've been fed, they're not so wild.

I am not aware of any ban on shooting pigeons. ?
It is perfectly legal to shoot them on your property, albeit it has to be with a less than lethal weapon I.E.,air rifle sling shot..

The Chinese are bad about feeding the pigeons, where I live. They fine people for it in Singapore.

Ive seen people pull into various parking lots around town, open their door and empty out entire bags of bird seed.

Im glad to see some ban in place, but I doubt it will actually be enforced. I guess if you have a neighbor feeding them you can recording them doing so. I think my HOA doesnt allow bird seed feeders which is a good thing.

I was happy to see this.

Definately think this will be a case where photo/video documentation will pay off for the person reporting...would advise getting a few weeks worth so it is obvious that its an ongoing problem.
