It depends on what you think is safe. Lots of people here won't live anywhere but Summerlin and Henderson because every other area is just a bad thing waiting to happen. I love the homes in that area and I looked at a few there. If you haven't found it yet, check out McNeill!

If you came from an urban diverse area you will be fine, it's what you are used to. If you are coming from small town Idaho, it will be a stretch!

perfectly livable. Better buy than many places. Crime will be OK...those neighborhoods tend to stick together and are not subject to much crime until you get into the commercial areas where there may be problems. Normal urban care but no real problems in the neighborhood.

Watch the schools if children are involved. May be adequate to awful. Probably close enough to send kids to Our Lady of Las Vegas if the local schools are bad.
