So, we have been in Vegas since Dec. and we are currently with Verizon. We've had pretty good coverage in town and on some trips out of town to LA and Salt Lake City. We are a family of 4 and pay a bit over 200/month. I'm thinking of switching to T-mobile. Anyone with T-moblie? How's the coverage/service?

Thanks!

From talking to my fellow rideshare drivers, Verizon is the best, hands down. I actually just switched from ATT and it's a big improvement. People complain about Sprint, ATT and T mobile quite a bit.

Try Cricket. They use the same towers as AT&T.

The problem with cricket is the same as family mobile...if the lines get clogged, your dropped. T-Mobile is terrible on the strip and in the northwest. In my opinion, sprint is only slightly better. If you can afford to, att and Verizon are the way to go

I was with ATT for many years but decided to give TMO a try about a year and a half ago. Bad move. I started to regret my decision within an hour of switching. All of a sudden, we had weak or no service in several areas of town that was never a problem before. After about 3 weeks, we couldn't take it anymore, so we dumped them and went crawling back to ATT.

Although I'm currently with Verizon, I never had any major issues with ATT, I just wanted to give someone else a shot. I can't say one is better than the other, at least in the areas of town we frequent. But as far as TMO goes, never again.

I have T-Mobile. The only place I've seen that others had service while I had none was at the Grand Canyon. Never a problem in town.

AT&T bought Cricket, so any new Cricket customer goes directly on to the AT&T network. They don't get "leftover minutes". Old customers get transitioned from Sprint, in fact, I assume they are all migrated by now. You'll know if you were forced to get a new phone as AT&T is GSM and Sprint is CDMA.

Does your plan include unlimited data? If so, that's a pretty good price.

T-Mobile is adequate. They plan to roll out 5G service next year starting in Las Vegas.
