Default Las Vegas 51's have a new owner. New name to come next year.

Might be a fun thread, might not. The new owner does not like the name and plans a change for next year.

Anyway, suggestions for the teams new name.........

I always call them the stars by accident. Never got used to the 51's glad the change is coming. How about the Las Vegas Strippers or maybe the Donald "Trumpets"?? There's always the "Wynners"

Yeah the 51's?Sounds and looks like a T-Ball League name to me.
Aces would be my pick.
I'm also glad no more Dodgers(maybe)
Being a Angels/Padres fan,I'm not allowed to like LAD at all.

the Aces are taken by Reno
So that makes them the Reno Aces, formerly the Tuscon Sidewinders.
I was thinking about the Desert Heat. Maybe, maybe not.

You're right! (although my name suggestion would not have been as apparent a year ago.) The economic climate has certainly changed drastically in just 1 year, hasn't it?
