It’s disgusting, but when I was working for Dr. Jacobs, who was the chairman of the board of medical examiners, we had reporters in the office looking for comments because of a dentist mis-using his anesthesia privileges and violating patients. They wanted a scoop on the verdict of the board prior to the criminal trial. The dentist went to jail. Eventually.
