Default Neighborhood Searching?

Hi folks... we are in our late 50's and Vegas vets of 30 years. We're now in the process of finally taking seriously the finding of a retirement home in Vegas. We visit a few times a year, but just recently started taking time away from our vacations to drive around. Last trip we saw Sun City Henderson, and would now like to compare it to Summerlin on our June trip. The view from that Henderson mountain was great, but it sure was quiet! Problem is that while we saw model homes walking around there, we can't do that in an already established community. We grew up poor street kids in a crowded inner city, and then moved to middle class suburbia to have our own kids. Although we're closer to old hippies than middle America, maybe we'd like to also have the benefits of a 55+ community for a change? We love to gamble a bit, buffets, shows, as well as nature hikes, and travel. How do we get to know what Summerlin living is like compared to Henderson? Is there a tour or place to walk around? Thanks!

Send us a DM. We make our living selling RE and more than half is in Sun City Summerlin. We would be glad to throw in a half a day showing you what it is like. No we don't require you to buy anything or even talk to us again. But if you like the product we would be happy to help. If you don't...we know a good bit about the other side of town as well...particularly for Seniors. Be glad to throw in a few pointers.
