I think you mean "prove", not "define". Anyway, there is something called cameras in a casino and witnesses. It's not as hard to prove as you seem to think.

Actually, they did. Whether it was for trespassing, brandishing or something else we don't know yet because the poster didn't specify. And whether police/DA charged someone or not is not a reliable indication of whether a crime occurred. Many factors go into charging/arrest decisions.

LOL. I give up. You win
You are correct...I win.

You also seem to presume that I agree. I don't.

But this is Nevada and I do understand how it works.

Negative ghost-rider. Anyone who knows HOW to conceal and carry rarely, if ever will "be made." Unless of course, you're carrying a Desert Eagle.

It depends on the gun, if they are carrying a 6-shot 380 Ruger that is so small then it can be concealed in a pocket. However, most people we encounter usually are carrying a sub-compact 9mm that fits inside the waistband holster, Unless you are wearing a jersey or shirt untucked, it can be seen.

We have caught plenty of people carrying in Alien shapeshift holsters because of the noticeable bulge.

I wonder how the convo goes LOL.

"How are you, Sir?"
meh
"Can we see your ID?" ***scamrbles for ID*** "Are you a guest here?" (WTF is that supposed to you mean? If you want to know if they're staying why not just ask that? LOL)
meh "is there a problem?"
"Yeah, the huge bulge in your pants, Sir".
"o that's just my huge penis. is it oversized? do I need to be "a guest" to have a dingdong this large?"

I agree, I'd feel more comfortable not only being armed myself potentially but knowing there are some ex-military old timers armed and ready to drop some crazy if he starts shooting. Mainly because if they're not going to have a metal detector anyway, I think my odds of survival are better if everyone was armed than if only the crazy wacko -- who doesn't care about the rules of the place -- is carrying a gun. Disarming the law abiding citizens doesn't help my feeling of security. It would only help if there was a stringent check, like at a sports event, then I'm totally ok with that idea but just a sign saying "don't carry a gun" does just about no good against wackjobs.
