It is really easy to make your own pasta. Time consuming, but easy.

My wife used to. The time required was what stopped her.

I stand (sit) corrected. My wife just informed me that in many places it's called gravy. I've learned at least one thing today. Goal met and it's early! I may learn more than one thing today.

My grandparents came here from Sicily and they called sauce gravy. I still make my grandmother's 100 year old recipe and it is time consuming, but worth it.

You get spoiled with the homemade sauce but in a pinch there is some jarred sauce that's pretty good. I cooked up some sweet Italian sausage last week and mixed in some Barilla Marinara sauce. Put it on mostaccioli, topped it with Romano and it was pretty good.

Things needn't be time consuming, I'm sure you can make amazing pasta sauce with a pressure cooker, like an instant pot

The instant pot makes amazing risotto, I know that for sure.

The Instant Pot at our house makes a lot of amazing things. None of which I take credit for.

I don't live in Vegas, but here in Spokane, WA we have a Cash & Carry outlet and they carry a Contadina pasta sauce in a 60oz can. It's an easy start to making a great pasta sauce and also a URM outlet carries it also. I know that every area differs, but Contadina is the only brand my Mom would use to make her Succo….Hunts... no way in hell, lol.
