What would the average rent be for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment in Summerlin?

Also, are there any high-rise style/luxury apartment complexes in Summerlin?

Not sure of the availablility of Studio apartments in summerlin.. but I have a few friends up there that rent a 3BR 3BA apartment and pay around 1200-1300 a month.

A quick craigslist search shows 1-2BR apts. in Summerlin ranging from 800 to 1200 per month.

High-rise or luxury apartments - the only one that I can think of is One Queensridge Place.

There are several board memebers in the RE industry that may be able to give a better gage on this, however.

Smaller rentals go for around $900 / $1000. There aren't a ton of small apartments in Summerlin though...mostly just townhomes. You'd be best off looking in the areas just outside of Summerlin, such as Peccole Ranch (they'll also be cheaper...probably closer to $700).

I am moving to Peccole ranch shortly, but am confused about where I say I am from when people will ask. Is Peccole Ranch a town, a neighborhood, or is it part of Las Vegas or Summerlin?
Strange question, I know.

Peccole Ranch is an area of town, which is in the West side of Las Vegas.

Mmckenna, When talking to the locals, just say you live in Peccole Ranch. Most will understand that. For all others, just say you live in Las Vegas.

Yes they should know what you mean. But if they are newbies they won't know, so just say Las Vegas.
