The solution is multi-pronged:


1. Pony up some more of your own money and hire more cops! Quit asking the tourists to pay for everything, or pretty soon, you won't have many tourists.

2. Stop electing corrupt county commissioners, city council members and judges who buy property willy-nilly and then resell it to some "get-rich-quick" D-Bag without putting any planning into it. This game has been going on in Las Vegas and Clark County for decades now and you're reaping the results.

This happens so much in Las Vegas because you keep electing the same people to the county commission, the mayor's offices in LV, Henderson, NLV; and the same judges and state legislators. The rot is deep!
