Anyone have any insight on these condo development? I know this general area doesn't have the best reputation, but I have read/heard some positive aspects regarding this development.

I am looking to downsize from my current house in Lake Las Vegas, especially because I am out of the city traveling for work 6 month of the year.

Condos are nice. The area used to be very nice.
It's sketchy now. The complex is near restaurants and shopping.
I'd look in Green Valley/ Henderson.

It's a pain getting into and out of those. It's right by the wash. Lots of trash around there. I wouldn't want to live there.
