I was let off once, but not really sure I broke the law... It definitely wasn't a motorcycle cop in my case.

Henderson Police is fine and they mostly do their job, there are bad apples in every institution.

I know what he was asking. He pulled me over in a Ford Explorer which everyone knows is not a motorcycle.

Does not make the list for the top 100 cities for violent crime at the moment. Only Clark County entry is NLV.

And note that much of the build up on the North side of St Rose toward the 15 is in Clark County not Henderson.

And if worried just move to 89012 or up the hill.
Right, so you RE agents can just keep making money

You aren't required to use a realtor to buy a house, and you can always rent.

Henderson has an incentive to approve new constructions --- property tax revenue. They also annexed a bunch of land heading towards Boulder City; that'll start to build out in the next few years.

More development = more tax revenue = they can spend more on parks/rec, roads, muni court, muni jail and pay their employees more.... plus budgeting is much easier when you have lots of money flowing in.

And to hell with the neighborhoods while they do it. As long as it bring in money to fund unsustainable city pensions and raises for do nothing city employees. They also don’t care about all the new cost occurring from the ghetto trash moving into these new apartment complexes.

Take it all with a grain of salt. Henderson is routinely in the top ten for low crime of cities above 200,000.

It has less than half the homicides of North Las Vegas which is smaller. And half its homicides were domestic murder/suicides. Don't know how any Police Force prevents them.
Can't rep you again - so I'll say good post.
