They're ALL scum. They all enforce unconstitutional laws despite having discretion.
They all help extort people.
They all harass citizens.
They all cause traffic.
They all enforce unjust laws despite having discretion.

have heard HPD works on the good ole boy network; the new chief disrupts this system and they HATE it. Not to mention she's a woman and a minority.

Of course it does! The LDS church is nothing but a fraternity. Over half of them don't believe the dogma, they just stick around for the job connections

People in this forum love to deny that this goes on with this particular group, but those of us who have been on the opposite end of it -- and subsequently are effected by it -- know better!

It won’t be with the new numbers from this past year. My area at least is changing for the worse. You can thank the corrupt “leaders” of the henderson for allowing tons of apartment complexes in my area. There just fine seeing this are go to crap as long as they get there kickbacks... err “campaign contributions”. As those complexes age it will only get worse.

Fourth in 2015 the last year quickly available. May have slipped a bit but still very good.

Does not make the list for the top 100 cities for violent crime at the moment. Only Clark County entry is NLV.

And note that much of the build up on the North side of St Rose toward the 15 is in Clark County not Henderson.

And if worried just move to 89012 or up the hill.

Was it a car or a motorcycle?

I was let off once, but not really sure I broke the law... It definitely wasn't a motorcycle cop in my case.

.
There's plenty going on on the south side, Empire Apartments and whatever else they build in St Rose Square. Not to mention all of the great unwashed arriving from Oakland to support the Raiders.
