For a celebration dinner there is no place better than Michael's Gourmet in the South Point. Ambiance and service better than virtually anywhere.

Not a steakhouse per se but effectively one.

Expensive but worth it. A place where a two hour meal works well. And get a booth. Goes with the celebration.

Haven't been there for a few years, so [ shrugs ] it's a mystery.

Gordon Ramsay's Steak at Paris, if for whatever reason you don't like it then you can swear and cuss like hell at the waiter/waitress. Been there 5 times now, can't complain.

Circus circus is not exactly a place for nice dinner, but I've heard great things about the steakhouse there.

Agreed. The food, service and setting of Echo & Rig is unmatched. When I entertain clients from out of town they always request to dine there.

Valentine's Day! My wife loved Oscar's - and that's good enough for me.
