anyone regret their NO vote last election on Question 3 now??? guess who'll eventually end up paying for the mass exodus of NV Energy users?

There was an article in the paper talking about the mass exodus. It did mention that going to the open market does have its risks, where it may be low now but in the future it could rise sharply. But companies worry about that later, they just look at the now.
Stable rates (at least for now we'll see with this exodus) and having some regulatory control over rates is good over the long term.
