When it's over 100 deg out does tint really make a difference? Serious question.

It makes a difference if you're driving. Basically window tint insulates the inside of the car. If you're driving, the wind/passing air takes the heat away. If you're just parked in one place all day, tint doesn't really do much since the heat, although slowed, will still raise the temperature inside the car.

Thank you.

Absolutely.
Regular tint helps. Ceramic tint helps a lot.

Tint is one place you don’t want to go cheap. Buy quality tint and have it installed by a pro. There are many options I like LLumar Air Blue 80 as I want to see out my windows at night. Eco Tint has done two of my cars both came out perfectly. But you also need to finish the job with a good windshield sunshade. The best one in my opinion is the covercraft UVS100 custom sized silver color. It’s rigid so it goes up in a couple of seconds. It also has a foam core to dissspate the heat. It makes a difference even if you are only going into the store for a minute and it protects your dash.

I agree. We had ceramic put on our new car with the clear "heat guard" on the windshield. What a difference!

Eco Tint did ours as well. Very satisfied with their work.

I don’t think it makes a massive difference, but it looks good. I’d get tint for the aesthetics alone.

I've brought 5 cars to Eco-Tint over the past 10 years. They do an excellent job and the air blue 80 works on the front windshield.

Shade works a lot better. If you park in the sun during the day, there's not much you can do.
