Huh, what a nifty concept Nevada has going - understanding traffic!

LV freeways in 2019 are like LA freeways in 1969.

On the northwest side, we have been dealing with traffic lights on 215 the entire time that it has been open. Several overpasses are well on the way to completion, but there are still two or three intersections on the east side toward I-15 where I'm not sure what they are going to do or when (Lamb and Range Road come to mind).

Well, that addresses Losee, but not the other two intersections.

They are currently in the process of getting rid of the lights at Losee (already gone, Losee is currently closed off from 215), Pecos, and Lamb. Not sure when this will be finished, but at the pace they are going, probably around New Year's.

As to Range, NDOT announced a plan to change the I-15/CC-215 exchange soon. https://www.nevadadot.com/projects-p...ay-interchange

Not sure how badly this will mess up the new Tropical warehouses (there are a ton of them back there now, including Amazon).

I also notice that they haven't addressed the issue of the traffic lights and street interchanges that still exist on both sides of US 95. Traffic is stopped at both Sky Pointe and Oso Blanca - yet an exit ramp was built at Elkhorn that can only be used by HOV lane vehicles, and it only serves northbound traffic exiting and southbound traffic entering.
