Check out Winco. Best low carb wraps in town. Mission burrito size for 8 carbs. Add bacon, tomato, lettuce and mayo. Roll it up. Beats Jimmy John's any day! Had these for dinner last night!

I've been doing keto for several years. If you don't want to make rollups yourself, the unwiches are good. I prefer the Bootlegger club (#14) myself.

Normally, I'll just take a 6-7 oz of deli meat, a couple slices of cheese and make meat/cheese rollups when i'm at home. A couple weeks ago, I found these Eggthins at Costco. I've also used them as "bread" for wraps, taco shells, quesadillas, etc. There are pictures of the packaging and macro content at the link below.

I won’t eat at Jimmy John’s because the CEO is a big game hunter — killing elephants, lions, etc. in Africa and all over the world. Lots of photos of him with his trophy kills.

I understand the convenience of fast food but have never had edible bacon at one. If you aren't eating the bread (a big part of why I eat subs out now and then), I think you can make an "unwich" with better quality products than most most of the sandwich shops. I have used Boar's Head for quite a while (seems to be the "high quality" stuff at many grocery stores). I recently bought some sliced ham and turkey at Whole Foods, both taste a lot better than any other brands I have tried and cost about the same.

Have you tried Winco? Several kinds of roast beef for $4.98 per pound. The sales change weekly but the other day when I was there the Italian roast beef was the least expensive. I think the smoked turkey was $3.98.

a sandwich that's difficult to eat defeats the entire purpose of a sandwich

That's not how I read it.

Those low carb wraps do sound good though.
