When i first moved here part of the allure was convenience, Being able to go out at any hours of the night and do my shopping or eat a nice juicy Philly cheese-steak. Since then its been like a domino effect ie; Walmart, Vons, Smith's, Albertsons etc. all close by 10-11pm, It almost seems as if the only true 24-hour store left is WinCo - If you know of any other 24hr markets feel free to post below.

However this brings me to wonder, What is happening to Vegas? I'm located in the NW off Craig/MLK and i took a stroll at around 2am out of boredom and everything from gas stations to pharmacies were closed with the exception of BK/McD & DelTaco, Even the Subway which use to be 24hrs just a few weeks ago it no longer is. Did the city implement a new ordinance or something? perhaps it may just boil down to simple economics supply/demand but this just concerns me because it was part of what made me stay here to begin with.

EDIT: Sorry for the misspelling of the title.

Lots of Walmarts are still 24hrs.

Walking around at night in that area is a good recipe for disaster.

Could you kindly let me know which ones? Because i Googled and called a few and many of which appeared as 24-hours in the search result actually close by 11-12am. Appreciate your concern luckily i was driving this time around but you're right, Should always exercise caution when taking walks late at night.

Many stores that used to be 24/7 are not anymore because they are tired of being robbed. It happens. A lot. The Casino's are always open.

I went down the street to the 24-hour grocery. When I got there, the guy was locking the front door. I said, Hey, the sign says you're open 24 hours. He said, Yes, but not in a row.

Fort Apache and Tropicana locations are the only ones left that I know of that are 24hrs

My wife used to work at the Decatur 215 location. When they went to midnight close, it was due to crime

Here in Florida by me, they are still all 24hrs

I went to the Walmart on Craig near MLK this morning for some OTC medicine and everything is locked up. I couldn't find an employee nearby so I left and went to Winco.
