It is amazing. The Summerlin interactive map is loaded with errors and ommissions. You would think that Summerlin would be able to map itself accurately...but not to be.

There is also a new site for the police dept in Henderson...

Police

And Henderson has put up a new crime site. Probably the best of the breed now available.

City of Henderson Police Crime Mapping App

Overall though the best crime map is still this one...

http://www.donohueteam.com/Crime/index.html

I will update it sometime this summer.

cmr_1980 is on a distinguished road
Hey everyone! Have not posted in a while but was previously looking to move to LV a year back or so. I spent around 6 months in NLV years back with my wife and always liked the Aliante area and north of the 215, at the time Summerlin seemed to be too expensive for us though this may have changed, and we did always like it there as well. How are these areas nowadays now that they are more developed?

My family and I are still hoping to find a good home (3 or more Bedroom, 2 story) in a nice area where we can raise our 9 month old daughter. We would like to stay under $300K and are able to put 20% down, though I am not sure how easy it is to get mortgages these days. Any info is greatly appreciated, hope everyone is well and cant wait to go back when I get some free time!
