Whether she was removed, quit, or transferred, the Community Manager has been replaced here at Ardiente. Like another homeowner told me, "It's like a cloud over Ardiente has been removed."

It is an indoor pool, right next to all the exercise equipment. There are both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis.

as long as there is a developer still building in a active adult community the owner can be 50 yrs old, however if they decide to rent or resell the renter or the buyer has to be 55 or older. owners with children 19 or over can live with the home owner. Children younger than 19 can stay up to 60 days some places allow 90 days.

There is no 50 yo let out. You have to have 80% of the units occupied by at least one person over 55.

The developer may chose to allow some small number of under 55s in...but most of the Associations stop that when it goes to owner control.
