I have not had a sinus infection for years. I also don't suffer from dry nasal membranes in the winter anymore. No more post nasal drip either. It was rather expensive so I would try the Neti Pot first.
How do they work and where do you get them?

Well, you fill the small tank with water and 1 tsp baking soda. The tank fits on the base. Then you have a nozzle attached to the base with by a small coil. You simply turn it on, adjust the pressure, put the end of the nozzle in your nose. (I know this sounds odd) The water goes in one side of your nostrils and out the other. It works wonderfully. I ordered mine through a catalogue (I don't remember the name). I would google nasal irrigator and I'm sure you'll find them. I think I paid between $80 to $90 and it was worth every penny.

I don't understand how the water goes from one nostral to the other without going down your windpipe and drowning you; but then I never squirted milk out of my nose either.
