They used to go in and ask for rate hikes and sometimes come out with rate cuts. That happened more than once. |

I'm not sure what area I'm moving to yet. Originally I wanted to live on the SW side of town. However since being on this board and speaking with several parents of school aged children I am leaning towards the NW side of town. I will be there June 14-21st to find a place and hopefully a job.
