They used to go in and ask for rate hikes and sometimes come out with rate cuts. That happened more than once.

I was SHOCKED !! I did not expect that. I had to be out of my house yesterday by 2pm!!!
I planned to move last year July and had my house on the market for 3 whole months with not ONE person even coming to look at it!!! That was the reason I was unable to move. The fact that my house is not an issue 2+ months before my planned move date is unbelievable to me!! Even though I have been planning this move for over a year... it now seems so REAL!!

I'm MOVING TO VEGAS BABY!! WOOOOOOOOOWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ha ha ha ha
I love your enthusiasm.
Do you know what are you are moving to yet? Once you get here, you will have to change your name to something else I guess.

I'm not sure what area I'm moving to yet. Originally I wanted to live on the SW side of town. However since being on this board and speaking with several parents of school aged children I am leaning towards the NW side of town. I will be there June 14-21st to find a place and hopefully a job.
