Hi, I am trying to look into purchasing an Investment Property in Henderson or Summerlin, that in a few years I could potentially live in.
I've done a bit of a search on here but I need a bit more help and dont really know where to start.

I would be looking for a property I could buy, "Off the plan," so I could make it what I want it.
Budget would be around 150,000 realistically but not really sure exactly what I could get for that in those suburbs.

I also dont know where to start with any permits or laws for non-residents (being Australian and all), property managers, real estate agents to rent it out, fees, stamp duty, everything basically.

I have a moderate grasp on fees and things for the real estate market in Australia but have no idea how different things are over your side of the world.

Any help, contacts or websites would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you so much.

Jacqui

if you are talking a new build, 150 won't do it in Summerlin unless it is very tiny

Upon further research, off the plan would not really be necessary. However I don't know anything about stamp duty/taxes for an established property in America.

Any help?
