Not exactly what I'd call the high-end part of town, but it's probably livable. What has you honed in on those complexes/that area?

The price mainly, i mean i wanted to find some place that i can use to get on my feet until i start making enough to get a good place to live. Also i though having the ultiltys included would be good to start, but if i can find a find a nicer place around the 700 range where i can pay my own power thats all i really need

I don't want a area where i walk outside and have to worry about getting shot at on a nightly basic. And trust me while searching i found those places that stuff is scary >< But im not expecting the neighbors to give you fruit baskets either :P

And i picked 2 of them because there owned by the same company that more of a chance people know about one of them

But if you have a different place in mind please let me know i still have about a month or so left i just wanted to get a jump start and look around for places alittle. Thanks for the help

Both guinness jim and I live near here. It's a good part of town to live in, as long as you don't mind a little ambulance/helicopter noise and the occasional homeless guy wandering around. There are good cheap restaurants, it's close to the great downtown bars, and equal distance to any of the outlying suburbs, and just a few minutes from the strip.

I too like the area but would caution if school aged children are involved.

Yeah. Central valley schools aren't great (You'll want Summerlin, the northwest, or Henderson if you have kids), but aside from that, the area isn't too bad.
