If the noise is really bad though, a half tab of Benadryl also calms them down.
Good to know. I have a killer Lhasa too!

I must admit that on our recent visit to Las Vegas I was pleasantly surprised at how early it got light. In the height of summer in the great white north, we start seeing light around 4:30 a.m. and the last light of the day disappears around 11:00 p.m. I absolutely LOVE it! (Although it's hard to explain to a 4 year old why it's time to go to bed when the sun is still shining brightly...) But in the winter it gets VERY depressing when it's only light from about 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
