Thanks to everyone who gave feedback on area information. It seems like it will be best to stay to the south and east. Does anyone have input to apartments managed by ConAm. A few they have are Allanza at the Lakes ( I know it is to the west), Solevita @ Green Valley, and a new one called Hacienda Heights on Rawhide in the 89120 zip. Also, any comments on Augusta, Southgate, Villa Serena, Promontory Pointe, and Traverse Pointe. Again, thanks for your input.

All apartments are as good as their local management. That can range from nice to awful. It changes often without notice.

If not at the bottom of the rental heap it is almost always better to rent a condo.

"All apartments are as good as their local management"

I will agree with that. No names mentioned but I can vouch for the way CONAM treats their employees. You familiar with the way Walmart treats their slaves...oops I mean employees? Same thing.

This does not always mean you will get a lousy apartment but when you need customer service you will be greeted with a smirk rather then a smile.

Las Vegas Apartments 91 thru 100 for Rent with Ratings & Reviews by Las Vegas Renters at ApartmentRatings.com

Also this is where you can get opinions from those who lived there first hand.

I forgot to give my opinion on the better apartment management companies. I can vouch for Camden properties. They have many properties here. I do some contract work for them from time to time and even get to meet tennants at their worst timing. I never heard a bad word.
