Yeah. I was refering to the ones I saw on their website. I figured tose were the only ones affected by the closings because starbucks really doesn't have much to do with the ones in other locations. The Starbucks in Vons, for example, is a coffee shop owned by Vons that Starbucks adds their name too. The employees are Von's employees, not Starbucks. Just a little insight to my rationale.

Quite correct. Back in Virginia where the Vons are Safeways, our Safeway had one staffed by Safeway employees. The irony was that 5 doors down in the same complex was another Starbucks. If that Starbucks was busy then I would go simply into the Safeway.

There is a Starbucks on Craig and Tenaya and on the opposite side of the parking lot is another one in the Albertsons. The one's in grocery stores are stafed by store employees, but they are trained by Starbucks and have to do everything the same way as Starbucks employees do.

Somebody was asking about sweet tea a while back. Starbucks makes really good sweet tea. My Starbucks sweet tea is better than Starbucks' Starbucks sweet tea though because I use real sugar and they use corn syrup. They brew it for about fifteen minutes and I brew it for a few hours.

McDonald's is making sweet tea now too. It's not Starbucks (Tazo) but it ain't bad, and it's only $.99.

They should have them at all the Mc Donalds locations. They started selling it last month. Only $1 for a 32 ounce drink, and they put it in a styrofoam cup that keeps it cold for hours in this hot weather. Raising Cain's also has sweet tea, but its not that cheap.

I go to a couple of those and they always seem to be doing well. But I think it might be more about real estate values than coffee sales.
