i think that starbucks are too close together, but there still are not enough...they need to be more spread out, for instance, you would think there would be a starbucks where there isn't, especially on Blue Diamond Road or the Arroyo Market Place, but there are 3 at Flamingo/Durango...

I just checked the list, and saw that my old store in Napa, CA made the cut. In fact, all three corporate stores in Napa survived.

i'm not surprised about the eastern/serene store, i thought it should've been closed when they opened the one up on pebble, which is a much nicer store...

why not close the one at warm springs/amigo, its the first starbucks i've seen that closes at 6 PM...

i'm surprised there closing the paradise/harmon store, that one is really nice and busy...sounds like they're trying to get rid of stores w/o d-t's

The store at Tenaya & Azure closes pretty early too. They do have a drive thru.

The one at Centennial/Simmons just opened recently...so maybe they will put a Yogurtland or something in there instead.
I only see one problem with that location closing though...one of my neighbors will have to drive farther to work to a different location or lose his job.

Damn, I always go to that one. It has the best shade under the arches!
Sad to see it go

Never thought that the first store in NLV would close. It seems always busy. Located at Craig & MLK.

The one at Craig and MLK was always busy whenever I went there. It's pretty small so maybe that has something to do with it.

I also can't understand why they would close both stores near the university. They both were always busy when I worked over there, especially the one at Flamingo and Maryland Pkwy. There will be some pretty unhappy cops when that one closes. And the one right across the street from the Univ. was the second best girl watching location. The best is the one on Paradise and Flamingo.

There's a new Starbucks with a drive through under construction across from UNLV, where Wendy's used to be. You will still be able to watch the girls, buzz, you old dog!

Starbucks is ok coffee. I like their blended drinks a lot, though.

I'd like to see a Peet's open up in the valley for hot coffee, and the best blended coffee drink I've had is the Black Forest from Coffee Bean/Tea Leaf.
